Molten material is pumped into the agitator (granulator) head from the reactor at a constant speed and pressure. When the uniform distribution rods and the rotating shell rotate concentrically, the molten material is deposited in droplet form onto the surface of the steel belt. The circumferential speed of the rotating shell is synchronized with the speed of the steel belt, ensuring that the droplets are deposited without deformation. As the steel belt moves, its backside is evenly sprayed with cooling water from nozzles, quickly transferring heat to the cooling water and forming high-quality solid granules through melt solidification. Finally, the solid granules are discharged from the steel belt through a discharging device and enter the metering and packaging process. The cooling water does not come into contact with the substances in the cooling system. Uncontaminated cooling water can be recycled or discharged without causing environmental pollution.
4. Eco-friendly and Low Consumption: Quick equipment startup, reducing downtime; low energy consumption (electricity and steam); the product does not come into contact with cooling water, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
